Just want to introduce myself. I'm in Seattle and after an insurance change 3 months into my 6 month diet...I'm heading to Mexico :)
I'm Having surgery with Dr. Garcia in TJ. I am looking forward to getting to know you all and am thrilled this board exists!

Thank you! :) I just had my pre-op diet emailed to me...wow...serious prep work. From what I hear though, this diet will help my recovery and help me adjust to the sleeve post-op. All the posts on this board are fantastic and very informative.
