LAP ASSOC, PATIENTS

Hey can someone please tell me what vitamins I need to purchase.  I have been out of surgery for 4 week now and have not started by vitamins.  If anyone  knows of a website I could order it from that would also be great.  I know it's a chewable vitamin but when I go to the store I get overwhelmed with all the vitamins they have.

I take a liquid multivitamin (Tropical Burstflavor of Liquid Reviva-not bad tasting), 1-sublingual B-12, 2- chewable Calcium (I think I got them from all from Costco in Spring Valley- but I'm sure you can get them other places). I know others use chewable vitamins (like Flintstones) or Bariatric advantage. Hope this helps! ( I am also in Nj- got sleeved by Dr Miguel Silva, Valley Hospital).
