need NUT info....

I'm looking for the NUT info for the Spinach and Ricotta stuffed  chicken breast that you can get at the meat counter at the grocery chain HyVee..  i have checked HyVee's website with no luck..

I would email or call one of the store nutritionists.  My Hy-Vee store has Amy and her number is 515-450-0508.

i would estimate the amount of chicken I was likely eating,estimate the amounts of spinach and ricotta and call it done. I often calculate mixed dishes by he main ingredients.
