What were the easiest proteins to EAT 3 to 4 weeks post op

Early on, the easiest for me to tolerate was rotisserie chicken. It's usually pretty moist. I still eat it frequently. It was months before I enjoyed steak or roast beef again. I don't usually do well with meatballs or meatloaf. I still don't enjoy pork (too tough).
