I only have fat free shredded cheddar (eww) and reduced fat mozarella sticks and full fat spicy jack sticks. Can I use the sticks to make these?? I desperately want to make some "crackers" tonight for my tuna salad.... I haven't had food all day and this would be my best dinner yet! YUMMMM!
I haven't tried with the sticks, but I don't see why it would not work. I would use the spicy jack or mozzarella, not sure how the fat free would do (I refuse to buy fat free cheese LOL). If you are doing it in the micro, use a shiny paper plate or a regular dish or they will stick and not come off!

the fat free was from my preop diet. I'm doing full fat now for all cheeses besides mozorella since I can't eat that much. The reduced fat mozarella sticks taste really good and they are 8g of protein instead of 6. Thanks for the advice dear and thanks for the special tips on the taco shells!. I am SO excited. I'm gonna go play my wii and then make my dinner! This is going to be THE best meal even though it's only going to be 2 crackers! :) I hope I do it right!
