It's funny how stalls work

I was in a stall for about a month.
I just lost 1 pound in the last month.
I went up and down a pound. Very fustrating.

But all that time I just pushed myself to make better food choices and get on the treadmill and to the gym just a little bit more everyday.

It felt like an internal war. Me and my resistant body.
I know the math. 3500 calories is the magic number so I KNEW I should be losing weight.

Yep, it was war.

I won...(hehehehe)
3 lbs gone in the last 2 days.

Hello sleeve sister!  I am currently in my own 2 week stall but I am looking forward to getting back to a normal schedule now that the holidays are over and I am back at school.  The dreaded stall is due to my lack of activity over the holidays, mostly due to a severe sinus infection.  It is most difficult to workout when one can't breathe.

congrats on getting back on the losing wagon and winning this round.

Goal is to hit the 170's this by next week.

I completely understand.  I made a similar post two days ago.  I get so scared that the weight will come back on or something.  I had been going up and down 2-3 pounds.  I will admit, I haven't been exercising like I should and gave in to some tastes of this and that over Christmas.  Finally, today I was down a pound.  I also ordered two days worth of shakes and I am going to do a two day liquid diet to detox and get things started.  Good luck and thank you for your post!!

The holidays are a killer.

But I really just kept pushing myself to do more excersize and eat better.
That seems to have paid off.

WTG! Are you still going to do the 5 day pouch test?

I'm in a stall right now and doing the same thing - analyzing my food and exercise and changing things up.

I'm starting to wonder if I'm a stair step loser. Hmmm...

Slim,
Yes, I'm going to do it.
I think I'll start it next week because my husband will probably travel all week for work so I won't have to be in the kitchen cooking things I can't eat. Way to hard. LOL
I should get the book and kit in todays delivery.

Boy it really is an internal war when your body refuses to accept the math, huh?

But ultimately, it does kick back in and the scale moves 3 lbs in two days. Now I KNOW I didn't deny my body 10500 calories in 3 days so there are weight loss gremlins at work here, ya think?

Little stinkin Bas*%#@ds,

cheers
