Havent posted for awhile
Just checking in havent posted in a while but read all the posts daily. Hit another stall have them every 2 to 3 weeks. Last a week or two and then down a few more pounds. This stall though took me out of the womens section and into the MISSES..... I was so siked I ran out of the bedroom screaming I almost gave my husband a heartattack. It felt so great. I also started working out with a personal trainer today at the Y and let me say he kicked my butt. I am not sore just really tired and he pushed me if he wasn't there pushing me I would have given up so it has been worth it all the way. New year and new me. Focusing more on excercise got the protein down and carbs way down. lol. Just need to start doing more excercise. Will keep everyone posted. Hope you all had a nice new years. It was my 12 year anniversary.
