Ticker Factory - How can I

Anyone have experience and can tell me how to use the Ticker Factory stuff as my ticker/widgets etc?

I screwed up and deleted my OH ticker trying to replace it with ticker factory and now see what I've done...

Thanks for any help/guidance.

1st Goal 225 2nd Goal 200 3rd Goal 180 Trying 1st = 3 mo 2nd = 6mo 3rd = 1yr GW 180

I have been trying to figure that out as well...

Highest WGT-295, Surgery WGT-295, Goal WGT-215 - 80LB LOST in 8 months!

I figured it out, just go to "Tools" at the top of the page and select "Widgets & Tickers", you can adjust them from there...
