How do you cook without being bad!
I tend to make enough for several meals. If I'm going to taste it, I'm going to make enough to either freeze or serve several days later. That way I'm not having to cook everyday. We (my husband mainly) makes meaty soups and cans them in pint sized bottles. That way we have a healthy choice made to our healthier specifications on the shelf for those 'last minute' meals.
For supper, we'll split a pint 70/30, add some fruit and cheese and it's an instant meal. Have last minute guests? Just double the amounts.

I am the primary cook in my house, and I taste a tiny bit right after I season something and then I have my hubby do the next taste tests. Also I just changed the way I cook and everyone eats what I am eating I also make things they like that I don't have to taste when I prepare them like mac and cheese, I know what it tastes like and my kid likes it so I don't need to eat it. Everything else that I am going to eat I prepare for me I just make extra for them :) and like Frisco said if I have been tasting too much I just count that as intake and then save some for me for later. :)
