NSV Awesome feeling

 After losing 49lbs from the sleeve surgery, I was able to shovel snow off my driveway for an hour straight! I didn't have to stop or come into the house. What an awesome feeling! A bonus - cardio exercise! 

It's so great to feel healthy and strong (and safe) doing physically active things again!!!  Congrats!

I'm at 49 lbs lost too.  It's been there for a while now and I want to hit 50 so bad!!!  Just to cross the threshold!  Best wishes to u!

Loving the journey! Though I do miss being able to stuff my face once in a while lol, it doesn't beat all these victories! I am finally understanding the feeling of the saying "nothing tastes as good as thin feels''.

That's awesome! I wish I had snow that needed shoveling or the capability to shovel it like that!

Great job. Be aware, your neighbors might want you to come over to shovel their driveway with all the new found energy you now have.
