Venting!

My insurance paperwork was sent in on 1-5. I am still waiting . I got a letter saying that they needed more information to make a decision. My insurance coordinator sent them more (not sure what because she should have sent them everything the first time?) on 1-12. In the letter, it says they will make a decision within two working days, so the decision should have been made already. I called today and insurance coordinator said it is still pending.... I just want my surgery date!!!!
