Maybe a silly question, but how many calories are

Just like anything else......it can have as many calories as you put in it.....

What I like about this Oval is that it does "limit" what you can put in it and is pretty much sized for one egg as a baseline.

Without getting exact exact........ I'd say about 175cals.

Frisco - I agree with everyone else - please get a cookbook going for us (I'd buy it) or a website up and running! Can't want to hear about crab stuffed mushrooms. That was my fave appetizer pre-surgery. These Frittatas look wonderful!
