But how do you FEEL? I recall that for a while, you really felt like it just wasn't working. At the time, I wondered if you were just having some hormonal depression that can happen when the weight comes off and releases hormones. But I didn't want to dismiss your feelings by suggesting it. So how do you feel about your progress now?
