Excersize Accountability Thread.....

Today I made up for yesterday. I ran 2.8 miles (my all time high) at 5 mph and then walked another .5 miles. I lifted weights for another .5 hour.

Thank you for starting this.  I walked for four miles today outside.  It was a bit cold and I need to remember to dress warmer tomorrow.  All is well, the weight is coming off nicely, and my husband is once again trying to feed me cheese and nuts to fatten me up a bit.  That means that all is right with the world.  :)

Way to go Donna! I was not feeling well this weekend, so I took a couple of days off. Back on the elliptical tonight. Only 30 minutes, just trying it out to make sure I'm up to it. Happy Monday everyone!!

20 minutes on the eliptical and 20 minutes on the recumbent bike at the gym. I have that great "tired from exercise" feeling right now.

Ehhh trying to force myself to do 30 minutes on the treadmill.... even 10 minutes would be good right now...

Way to go Donna I started off jogging on the treadmill but only got to 20 minutes when my back started hurting. I then walked for 40 minutes. I think I need to have a chiropractor take a look at my back soon. I am out of whack. I'm afraid he/she might tell me that is a sign of getting older.

After a long hiatus, I'm trying to get back into excercising again.  7 miles in 32 minutes on my spin bike.  Whoot!

Zumba for me today. I've stalled the past two weeks, so I'm trying to hit more movement in my routine & not be on the trmill all the time. Maybe Denise Austin @ home tomorrow or back to Zumba!! Let's see!!

I ran intervals again last night (about 3.5 miles of running and walking at 5.5 mph alternating with 3.0 mph at an incline of 2%-7%.

Then I did legs and abs.
