massive exercise from job... advice?
so I started my new job were I walk for 8hrs the only time I stop is on my lunch and two 15min breaks... I have to eat a snack on my breaks string cheese and a regular piece of steak 2oz maybe or chicken or pork... should I be worried about my calorie intake vs my burn which is about 1800 on a shift... it's 4 days a week... I was at a stall for about 2wks I just started back on my protien shakes and vitiamins hoping that will boost my weight loss to start back up... I wasnt taking my vitiamins or protien for about 2wks my own fault... but I'm back on track and 2.5 months out I'm 236 just 36 away from my surgeons goal... 56lbs away from my own goal... I just took my new profile pic tonight... yay!!!!
Since your expenditure is based around activities of daily living, I see little concern. Your body will quickly accommodate to the shift....so don't take it as a free pass to not exercise (being on your feet for 8 hrs is not equivalent to massive amts of exercise, sorry)! Good luck at getting to your goal.
