Theres a little hole in the wall place we like to eat and I LOVE thief okra and tomatoes. They are cooked real tender.  So while I'm siting here eating for my daughter to get out of school I figured I'd throw this question out there lol I'm getting sleeved Monday so I know it will be awhile!

I think it depends. I never had a problem with tomatoes and it was one of my first mushed up foods. Some get acid issues. I'd say by 2-3 months you should be able to do it. BUT keep in mind, you have a tiny stomach. I do protein and then veggies (typically 2 oz protein, rest veg)

I concur as well.  Sometimes, I have a meal / snack/ whatever of only a veggie thing if I know I will have enough protein otherwise.  This lets me eat 2 oz of veggies.  But I have to plan.
