 I think it's awesome that you're doing the half-marathon!  Incredible!  I am still over 200 and not able to run yet as when I try my knees flare up.  But I am looking forward to running again (was an avid runner 20 years and 120 pounds ago).  Should never have stopped!  

Be sure to let us know how you make out on your long run!

Thanks guys, I am pretty excited about it. Trying to talk my bff into doing it with me, this way we can drag each others asses over the finish line. We are super competitive so I know it would help us both to finish!
