Six month check up, my doctor is awesome!
One of the first things he said was "the change is remarkable!", he was very happy with how I have done and was actually kind of shocked that I want to lose more. I said "this last couple of pounds is killing me" and he said "what last couple of pounds?" LOL That made me feel pretty good.
He also asked me to do a testimonial for his web page, I will be sure to post it once I get it done!
So I have lost 68 lbs in six months, for a total of 151 lbs lost and it has been the best six months of my life, I would do it all again in a heartbeat if I had to.
So compliments from my surgeon, an awesome gift from my husband and hooker boots makes this the best Valentines day EVER.
