Vitamins: I usually take them before I sleep except for my calcium I take it in the morning.

L: 1/3 of a Cedar Lane Egg White Omelette (frozen - just found these - they are great!)
S: greek yogurt
D: rotisserie chicken + as many roast vegetables as I can handle (maybe 1/4 c.)

Vitamins: yep
Water: not good, but will get it done
Exercise: Sprained my knee, so no exercise for a while. I'm bummed!

S: Oh Yeah Peanut Butter Wafer Bar
D: 1/2 of a Small movie popcorn
S: 2 Turkey Sticks (like beef sticks)
