So aggravated

 My dr office has had my approval for two weeks, now the dr was out of town for week but he has been back for a week.  When I called the office yesterday the gal said well to be honest I haven't worked on it yet, I will tomorrow .... She left early today. It wasn't scheduled..... Grrrrrr

Oh man, how frustrating! I hope she comes through with something for you soon! (If not, maybe it's time to become the squeaky wheel...)

Thats not cool at all!!! i would write a complaint. they should be on top of it and working hard for you, after all, thats where their paycheck is coming from.
