My Dr. put me on prescription Vit. D because the over the counter ones were not enough. I do feel better. He also suggested an artificial light lamp for 1 hour a day. It's NOT a sun lamp...but artificial "sun" UV light for the winter months. It sends the same signals to the brain as the natural sun light. Makes you feel better. It is used in Seasonal Depression patients...the elderly etc...Hope you feel better.

How hard are you working out?  I had this happen and I wasn't getting enough calories or carbs in for the work outs I was doing.  You may need to speak to your nutritionist to see.  Because everything else sounds like you are doing everything right... I would call and ask.
Philippians 4:13 -  I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I agree with Marcia, speak to you NUT. Also, I am about 8 wks out and I found that with working full-time and taking care of house (& my family), exercising everday was too much., when I eat 700-800 cal. I find those days when I work out really hard, I need to eat more (like 1000 cal). Some days I skip working out and rest. Since the VSG, I am trying to actually listen to my body now. So if I feel tired, I go to bed earlier or don't go to the gym.
