To top it all off, two hours at the gym and my fitbit stopped working....(sigh)

Oh well, I'm not giving up. I'm going to keep at it till I win.

I can't imagine doing this without the sleeve. I swear I would probably eat an entire steak out of fustration instead of just 2 ounces.

You are doing really great, but sometimes quantity of food is less important than quality. Would you mind posting what you eat each day? I might have some suggestions for you.

It could be worth a shot to try something new right? You seem to be doing really well but tweaks to diet can be really helpful. Lets give it a shot?

Those last twenty pounds are the worst!  At one year out my body was hugging 168 and determined to not let go.  I had to really log all of my carbs and calories really closely.  I threw Pilates into the exercise mix and my body lived it.  Something about moving that way made me so happy.

Hang in there. Stick to what you're doing and leave the five day test alone.  You're already using a great 7 day plan.

My body did like the occasional shake ups.  I had movie theatre popcorn occasionally and always lost  afterwards.  Counter intuitive but it worked.

I'd like to she'd a few more pounds.  Anyone want to take me on a cruise?  That sounds like more fun than rolling around in the mud with Brandilynn's hounds.  :)
