Today I did my weight lifting first per my trainer
1 hour of assorted upper/lower/core resistance training
Then I did 1 hour 4.25 miles interval training on the treadmill.
Then my fitbit broke.

great work out! did not know what fitbit was but i looked it up and I think I will go out and buy one. Right now I use endomondo on my Android but I often lose the signal while working out.....Thanks
