Happy!! I am so happy for you! As I have told you in the past I watched your progress, you are about a month ahead of me and wow lady have you done well!!! You look terrific. I was glad to see that you mentioned not being perfect. You know, I was perfect up until about a month ago. One of my girls lives in Texas and was in a car wreck, so I have been there a lot and stayed on track but not been PERFECT! Now I am home again and struggling to be perfect again. I know this is a process I need to get my head re-engaged right now. I haven't weighed in for a few weeks, I know I haven't gained but not feeling like I have lost. I want to beat myself up about it but decided it's really ok. This is a lifestyle change, not a DIET!

Anyway, I am weighing in on sunday morning and will take it from there. Even when I have one extra bite I am ok, just don't want to stretch my sleeve, that's my biggest fear.

Thanks for all your posts, I enjoy reading them and seeing how successful the sleeve is! I love my sleeve! Congrats to you, keep up the good work!!!

BTW do you have to do a double take in the mirror? I sure do, and then I find myself being vain and admiring my new body! ROFL!

OMG yes!!  I seriously *really* changed over the past 15-20 pounds, and I just look so different to me, especially my face (which is what I really look at).  We do Pilates in front of a mirror and sometimes I can't stop staring at what I look like, and not whether my form is right.

You are doing so well, too!!  I am *not* perfect, either.  But I am a frickin' pit bull when it comes to this.  Surgery was my last option and I don't want to blow this chance!!

Hey there, Pooch!  I did I double-take thinking you'd lost 125 pounds in 2 months!  What a relief to see a nice big chunk was pre-op.  Good for you!  37 pounds in 2 months is fantastic, especially since you lost so much beforehand.  Way to go!!

Frisco is so amazing.. he gave me several AHA moments too! I know that sometimes people read his posts and misconstrue things the way he is saying them.

However the guy is truly dedicated, successful and has a great heart. I feel fortunate to know him personally and to have also been the recipient of his wisdom. Thanks FRISCO!

The stakes are high, and I appreciate someone who lays it out as they see it.  He's a great guy!

One of my OA friends told me, "You know what we say in AA?  This program works a lot better if you stop drinking."  Sometimes that's hard to hear.
