Not sure if I've showed this one before....... It's getting to be a blur....

Shreaded Roasted Chicken over Cabbage Salad (slaw)

Chicken 1.8oz (wt.)

I have this a lot with different variations on the cabbage.....this one goes a bit Asian with a Spray of Sesame Oil, Salt & Pepper, Couple drops of Chili Oil topped with a sprinkle of Sesame Seeds.

Great idea.  I like this with a homemade peanut sauce.  I take a little peanut butter and add some apple cider vinegar and a tiny bit of water, some splenda, and yum.
