Maybe you've already seen this item. You most likely have if you have a infant at home.  I don't have kids so this was a new one for me. My doc reccomended a Bullet mixer. When I went shopping, I found the Baby Bullet.  It has all these little jars which are great for small portions and all. I bought mine at Macy's for $59.00, $10 more than the regular Bullet. But with the extra pieces, it seems like a good deal.

Someone here had also suggested a cup warmer to keep foods warm and that sounds like a good idea too. Thankfully, I already have one. I was wondering how to keep such small amounts warm for the time it will take me to eat them.

My other favorite tool is my stick mixer. I use it to make my protien drinks and soups.

I think I've got all the tools I need, now it's on to figuring out which supplements I like.

I've had a food chopper for years (Proctor Silex - paid $12 for it) that I used to make my babies foods AND for my surgery.  I read advice from someone else here who talked about "undereating" his pouch and I have been practicing that ever since.  Instead of packing my food and eating whatever I can within 15-20 minutes, I pack my food in 1/2 cup Glad mini-rounds containers (pack abt 2oz).  I always measure what I pack to make sure I don't overeat and I track my meals on www.myfitnesspal.com  I used the chopper during my pureed stage and after the 1st month, haven't used it much (except for when I make Tzatziki).

IMO - Don't go the extra mile of overpaying for a chopper or tools that you're only going to use for a few weeks/months.  Once you go into maintenance phase, you wont use the chooper/food processor and it won't take you as long to eat.

Thank you one and all for the sugesstions and advice.  I use my stick blender for lots of things and have had it for a few years. The Baby Bullet seems like a good tool as according to my doctor, I will not be on solid food for 4 months.
