Hello Everyone!!
It has been a while since I have visited the board, and I am really needing to get back. I hope everyone is doing well, and for all new folks, let me introduce myself.
My name is Shayla, I am 16 months post VSG, I have lost 197 pounds so far, and have had 2 out of 3 needed skin removal surgeries as well. I am looking forward to getting back on OH, I really need to read and share with those who understand.

Thank You so much! Yes I did have my arms fixed. I have had a lower body lift and then brachioplasty (arms) with a breast lift with augmentation. I will have my thigh lift next week, then no more surgery!

WOW! Shayla - AMAZING progress!!!! You are, as always, STUNNING! Please, do share your experiences with the LBL and arms...have you been please? How were the surgeries and recovery from them?
