Yep, I said the same thing! Don't think I ever had that reaction from before and after pictures before :) AMAZING!

Revised from band to sleeve on June 6th, 2012. Lost 48 pounds on my own in the 4 months prior to revision.

Thanks! To answer your questions, I work out and have since the beginning of this journey a lot. It is of course, much easier now but I work out 5-6 days out of the week, when my schedule allows it, I am in the gym 7 days a week.  My addiction to food has transfered (if that is possible) to working out.  I work on my own half of the time, and with a trainer half of the time. A mix of cardo and weight training.
