I'm not a fan of it plain, but I add sugar free flavoured Torani/DaVinci syrup to it and it's quite yummy. Really cuts the sharpness.  Haven't had surgery yet, but need to increase my protein intake, so protein-packed greek yogurt is one of the choices I've made.

I didn't care for it at first either but I tried the Fage Total Greek with the fruit cup on the side that you mix in, and it's awesome. Just a little thicker.

I also didnt like greek yogurt. That is until I tried Chobani. Its excellent. mango is the best. I usally do that, vanilla or lemon. Try it if you can. My NUT suggested it. I have all my friends turned on to it.

If you have Kroger grocery stores where you are, get the Kroger brand Carbmaster yogurt.  It has the same protein, but less carbs and cals than ANY of the Greek yogurts.  They have about 7 flavors and almost all of them are very yummy.

Add some sugar free pudding powder to the greek yogurt.  I use lemon or cheesecake or chocolate and it is great.
