B: 1 egg, scrambled with 1 Tbs shredded 2% cheddar cheese
L: 2 oz grilled chicken breast strips topped with 1 TBS mozarella cheese, diced onion, and two slices of avocado topped with 1 TBS sour cream (it was DELICIOUS!)
S: two small homemade choc chip cookies (don't feel guilty because I'm tracking it and it's within my daily carb, sugar, cal allotment!)
D: Probably exactly the same as lunch because it was so divine!
S: Will have to get a protein shake in before bedtime.
Water-2 glasses....I gotta start chugging!

Exercise: rest day-tomorrow HARDCORE at the gym!

Today I am doing the 2nd day of the pre-op diet with my daughter.
Support purposes.
So a lot of beef broth, a protein shake, a coffee with cream and some tomato juice.
She goes in for her sleeve surgery at 7 am tomorrown West Coast Time.
For now we are off to sun at the pool and keep our minds off food.
