Khess - looks like we have 4 of us so far - this may work.  Tomorrow morning I'll post in some of the other forums to try to track the mid-maryland crowd down since we know they aren't in the MD forum.  How about end of March - early April?  Unfortunately I'll be back to work so will need to do one weekend day.

That is weird. You said you sit at your computer and have water by you constantly, but are you ACTUALLY tracking your fluids? The vets on here all said to push fluids and thats what helped them lose weight the most. I am pushing 80-100 oz everyday. I dont weigh until tomorrow so I dont know what I have lost in a week, but I think you should track it if you arnt.

No I dont track every ounce .. but I drink out of a 32 oz. cup and I know I have at least 2 of them a day so that should be plenty.  I hope anyway.  :)  That isn't counting any diet ice tea or apple juice I might have so I should be over 64 oz.

Cindy I know your 2 hours away but we are trying to plan a get together of us Maryland folks for a walk / get together as you can read above we have about 4 people so far.  It could be fun if you can swing it.

I gain about two pounds on the scale then I get yuck mouth and drop about 5 or six this could be your pattern?
