Checkup from the neck up...

About to go for my Psych Eval to meet the requirements for surgery.

Hopefully the doc won't think I'm a total QUACK... LOL  :)

To tell you the truth, I thought my doc was a quack!  She said she would charge me $300 for it but if I wanted it submitted to the insurance company to go towards my deductible, then I had to pay her $325.  Then of course she submitted it to the insurance company and charged them $580!  So I think she might be the quack!!

My doc was a quack too! just wanted to give me pills...i left feeling like i was crazy!!
