Anybody 2-4 months post op?

LOL, your funny.. Here is me lately trying to think 
at work. Na I wouldn't worry, you don't need to borrow my loss of critical thinking prowess. My surgeon called me today and said the 25 complex carbs a day, I normally eat are fine and should not be causing me to lose critical thinking skills, which is good news because eating the low carbs really makes things easier for me, never craving things I shouldn't eat. He said its either B-12 or water or something the next blood work might indicate, my water is close to 100 oz a day, so he tripled my B-12 intake and will review my labs... Here's the new me getting on top of this little hiccup
