Exercise for the obese
I do Walk Away the Pounds 1 and 2 Miles plus the 2 mile walk/jog if I feel like dying that day and then.... don't laugh.... I do the Richard Simmons dvds too! I love him and I'm only 28. Sometimes he is soooo cheesy but it really is fun and he really is motivating. It's nice to see large people exercising with you as well and the music really does make it go by quickly.
