6 months Update

Thank you everyone. I have to say that adding in a lot of exercise at the 3 month mark helped a ton! I currently work out for 2.5 hours a day 3 - 5 days a week. I do 7 miles on the eliptical and then a target muscle group and I do my abs and lower back every day.
I have to say that hardest part was getting through the first 3 months. I felt depressed because my little sleeve was so swollen and I just couldn't eat enough or drink enough but now it's very easy. I worry about the rest of my life but am starting therapy today with a therapist that specializes in eating disorders so I can fix the emotional eating side of things.
