 at a conference, on asmart phone, so sorry for the odd grammar and stuff today.  food choices are so carby, it's insane.  doing my best.

B: coffee with creamer, red grapes, blueberries, 1/3 protein bar
S: yogurt with berries
L: 1/2 small piece meat lasagna, blueberries, 1/4 cup caesaer salad
S: beef jerky (I brought it with me!)
D: not sure

Water: half done
Vites: done
Exercise: woke up early and ran hard on treadmill for 15 minutes

Up at 3am to pick up client (We own an airport charter business) so morning was kind of messed up.

S: 1/4 c. Elina's Green Chicken soup
L: 2 wedges carbsmart tortilla pizza w/zucchini and chicken meatball
S: 2 green olives and 1/2 oz dry cheddar (my martini)
D: Shelleys Baked Ricotta w/chicken meatballs
S: SF popsicle

 b-protien shake
s-cottage cheese(2 oz) with dried cranberries (teaspoon or less)
l-slice of low fat swiss and slice of turkey
s-salad (1.5 oz) with calorie free dressing, low fat string cheese
d-1/4 protien shake( I mixed it with decaf coffee that was too hot and ended up with chocolate cottage cheese slime...
s-I would not usually have another snack, but since dinner did not work out, I had 1 prune and about 1.5 ounces of cantalope
