B - Jay Robb Protein Shake
L - 2 oz of grilled pork loin with greek yogurt sauce
D - ? Will drink a protein shake on the way home from the gym
Will probably need a little something more with an hour of aerobics so might snack on some turkey and string cheese when I get home.
Exercise - water aerobics at 6pm, about to leave now
Vitamins - not yet, when I get home
Water- 50 oz so far, will finish after workout

L: 2.5 oz of turkey breast, cheddar cheese and crackers
S: apple slices and almonds
D: leftover piece of burger patty (will weigh later to determine if enough) with cheese and onion over lettuce

vitamins: behind schedule (I switched vitamins- taking 1 in the morning and 1 in evening is hard to remember)

After a weekend with the girls....I'm afraid to weigh myself until I get back into the groove for a day or so. LOL
