L: Grilled chicken salad with 1,000 isle dressing (beets & garbanzo beans)
S: Peanuts & Mozzarella Stick
D: Grilled Chicken, Fresh English Peas, and roasted baby potatoes


Water 1/2 done
Vitamins - 1 more calcium
Exercise - rest day

S: greek yogurt if needed

Vitamins: yep
Exercise: Chased dog through whole neighborhood  this morning in jammies yep thats enough today lol

L - 2 oz of grilled pork loin with greek yogurt sauce
D - ? Will drink a protein shake on the way home from the gym
Will probably need a little something more with an hour of aerobics so might snack on some turkey and string cheese when I get home.

Exercise - water aerobics at 6pm, about to leave now
Vitamins - not yet, when I get home
Water- 50 oz so far, will finish after workout

L: 2.5 oz of turkey breast, cheddar cheese and crackers
S: apple slices and almonds
D: leftover piece of burger patty (will weigh later to determine if enough) with cheese and onion over lettuce

exercise: skipped today
vitamins: behind schedule (I switched vitamins- taking 1 in the morning and 1 in evening is hard to remember)

After a weekend with the girls....I'm afraid to weigh myself until I get back into the groove for a day or so. LOL

B-1/2 cup milk with coffee and protien shake
S-DD small iced coffee w/cream
L-2 oz steak and 2 stalks of asparagus
S-DD small iced coffee w/cream (it was either that or stopping for real food LOL)
D- I didn't weigh, but I'm guessing a 2 oz of muscles cooked with tomatoes cajun style
(I made a salad but got full on the muscles so opted out)
I love my sleeve

No exersize...plan on going good tomorrow morning
