4 month update PICS
Hi All - I wanted to share some pics for my 4 month anniversary. My goal was to hit 239 by today, I hit 240. I am quite happy with that considering I had a long stall during this month. Plus right now is my TOM so I always stall. I am sure if I just keep doing what I am doing it will catch up to me in a few days.
My 4 month checkup with my Dr. is next week (3/28) I am pretty excited for it as I have regularly lost weight since my 2 month check up.
For month 4 I lost 11lbs total. Still not seeing a lot of changes in clothing. Seems I am a stair stepper in that department. I was a 26 and now 94lbs later I am a 22 (and even some of those are tight). I really hoping that soon I will drop another sized. I know that the bigger you get the larger the gap between sizes but come on!. When I weighed 250 the last time I was wearing the exact same clothes I cant get into. Soon, soon.
Anyways...here are pics. Again. 11 lbs during month 4, 94lbs lost total since last August, 73 lbs post op. My goal for this month is going to be to get into the 220's.

My pointers are not to drive yourself crazy! The is a marathon, a lifetime.... I don't deny myself things. 95% of the time I am right on program but 5% of the time I really want some fries and I am okay with it.
I think how my thin friends do it. Sure they are healthy eaters most of the time but they indulge on occasion. That's what I do.
Also, drink your water! Exercise. Even if you can't keep up you are moving which is good. I personally eat full fat. Butter is no carbs and seems healthier to me than low fat margarine, same with cheese . I try to keep carbs under 40grams per day, because I eat fat my calories are usually 1000 per da (but in my mind carbs are what count)
Most important, don't be hard on yourself. You will have times when you struggle, stall, "cheat", and things come up. Life happens.
I personally like to make a non weight goal every week in an anrea I need to improve (example this week I am working on my water intake cause I have been slacking, others are exercise, schedule to eat meals etc.). When you are good in your goal all week you feel a sense of accomplishment
