next step for me....

I was told by my doctor's office I need a nutritional evaluation.  Does anyone know what that is?  Is it one visit to the nutritionist or a few? 

I know my insurance Horizon BCBS required 3 visits to the nutritionist.

what were the 3 visits for?  Did the nutritionist suggest a plan for you?

She gave food guidelines and monitored my pre-surgery weight loss. She also recommended supplements and protein that they cell but I found better ones at GNC.

GNC will be your friend. If you buy something and don't like it you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
