Lovely, lovely face! At any size, but you look just as young in the thinner pics as any! And if you're missing a twin, I know where you can find her! Your resemblance to a friend of mine is freakin' spooky. First off I think you look beautiful at both weights. Congrats on the fantastic loss!
Secondly I have a question for ya...how did losing the extra weight post tummy tuck effect it? Are you happy you did it when you did or do you wish you waited?
I have been holding at 145ish for several months and though I think it would be great to get rid of more weight by body seems to be pretty happy where it is. I am scheduled for a tummy tuck soon but want to see if I can get away with going lower after and still having the tummy tuck look good....if my body will go any lower after like yours did. Any thoughts/advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks!

I was told by my plastics guy I could lose 15 pounds max after the TT and not **** with the result. Its still super taunt with the loss (and they dont count from the weight at surgery but rather what you leave weighing or once your done retaining from surgery) Im glad I did it when I did. I was kinda stalled out at 159 and it revamped my **** and made me lose again. Most lose 10 - 15 after a TT cause your restriction is crazy tight from the swelling and everything being so tight, and your just feel so ****ty you dont wanna eat! Id go for it babe
Hey girl- FILLERS!!
Seriously, I love your face & bod at 135.. but you need to do what makes you happy in your own skin, and if you like your bod at the lower weight (looks great on you) then if your face isn't exactly as plump as you like it- get some Juvederm! I did :)
I love botox too, nice brow arch with it, just can't afford it as often as I'd like. And I got filler under the eyes and along the jawline to hide some jowls from the weight loss.. those only need to be touched up 1x a year or so.. So, a little cash, and you can get both things covered~!
Hey my GF, post-RNY.. tiny thing now.. went with me to the PS. Thought she needed under-eye filler, they said, nope- you need your cheeks back. Two syringes later she looks 16 again, no more flat cheeks and it took up a tiny bit of slack too so the tiny extra skin she had by her jaw was snug again. I swear, small tweaks make a huge difference sometimes when you go from plump to skinny.
What's that quote, ass or face? Yeah, I'm planning on going smaller (aiming for a BF%, not a weight) and will work on the cosmetic stuff as needed.
