B: coffee, w/ creamer. canadian bacon 1 slice toast
S: pork rinds
L: two chicken wings
S: 6 grilled shrimp (small)
S: light cheese stick/ slim jim
D: baked tilapia with spinach
s: sf hot chocolate

water: 54 oz so far
vites: done
Exercise: 45 min walking.
