I do not care for the taste of muscle milk at all and I really hate that because you can get it in almost any convince store. On the flip side, there is not problem trying it before you purchase a large quantity because they are avail in singe serve.
I prefer Atkins RTD and GNC ProPerformance

I am not a fan at all I started with buying the ginormous tub of Muscle Milk from Sams- big mistake. I did find that if I dumped PB2 and extra cocoa powder and Torani syrup I could tolerate it enough to finish. Then I bought Muscle Milk Lite- I didn't like them at all. Tried to drink the case, but again could only tolerate it in coffee. I gave about half of the case to another poster on here at a meeting. She does well with it :)
I far prefer Premier protein shakes from Costco or Sams. Calorie for calorie there is more protein and less carbs also. Those are a staple for me now. I also really liked HMR 70 and it came in envelopes- just very pricy so the RTD drinks were the way to go for me. When I crave ice cream though, I use the HMR 70 envelope and mix it with Torani syrup, water, and ice cubes- makes a very respectable chocolate shake :)
