3 months out and Dr says all is well, scales are deceptive

Was worried because scale at home hasn't moved in a few weeks so at the dr's visit they said not to worry. Their scale measures body composition and I have lost or converted 9% of my body fat into lean mass.  Went from 29% body fat last visit to 20%. They said when body levels out it will lose again, but for now cloths still feel different so scale change isn't the end of the world it is total change that counts. Relieved for that.

Everyone says don****ch scales and they are right. Goal is still aways off but I am still moving forward, maybe not down as of yet. again that is ok. I love my decision for this I am never going back to where I came from.
Remember  it's bariactric surgery, not brain surgery! You need to get your head in the game!!!!

Congrats!  I just bought a fancy scale from Amazon that measures all that stuff for my home so I can keep better track of things.  People say dont get on the scale everyday but that is what motivates me to keep on truckin and trying.  That sets me up for the day to see where I'm at and puts me in the right frame of mind as soon as I wake up.

Good luck to you!
