I have been having pain in the upper part of my stomach up under my ribcage :( It really kicked in Sunday real bad after I ate. I also have trouble getting into a comfortable position because of the pain and the gas. Is this indigestion or what? I am very queezy after I eat anything. I am 9 months postop. Has anyone experienced this and if so what was the cause?

Sorry you aren't feeling well...do you still have yoir gallladder? If so it may be a gallbladder issue. It is probably wise to call your surgeon. Feel better!

Abdominal pain is difficult to diagnose but it could be your pancreas or gall bladder.  Only a doctor would be able to figure out whats wrong with testing.

That is true, abdominal pain is difficult to diagnose. I hope everything turns out ok. I just was wondering if this was common. Thank you.

it could be just that...gas...it could be the start of an ulcer or your gallbladder acting up..if you still have it. if it continues i would give your doc. a call..they will run some tests....in the meantime are you taking any anti gas tabs and acid reducing meds?

feel better soon.

Yes I am taking my gas meds and it doesn't help. I will have to go ahead and give the doctor a call. They will help put an end to my wondering what is wrong. Thank you for your time and concern. God Bless
