EDELU... I usually work out 5 to 6 days a week... 4 days of cardio and 2 days strength training. My calories are usually 1,100 to 1,200 a day. If I am not working out the calories are about 900 to 1,000 and some days I go over 1,200 calories. For me it's about tricking my body because now at nearly 10 months out the weight loss has slowed but it's still going down :) but takes a little longer to drop. I average 64 to 90oz of water (some days are better that others LOL) I don'****ch my carb intake as much as I watch the TYPE of carbs I eat. Whole Grains, Fruit & Veggies are my main source of carbs... processed carbs I do get on occasion but very rarely :) Any other specific questions you can always message me :)
