Not getting satiated on clear liquid diet.

 I am drinking my clear liquids but finding myself not full. I have my injury broth and have my clear liquids but nothing is working now. I also got a little dizzy and lightheaded today and am not sure why. Has anyone ele experienced this? I am supposed to start my fills on Wednesday. Should I just start them now?

I didn't feel full or satiation until full meals.  Its definately an issue that we see on here a lot.

I did get the dizzy spells and light headed.  I had to work through it.  I highly recommend you DON'T stray from you plan.  You don't want to cause any complications.

It sucks, it really does, but just keep thinking its short term!

 Tomorrow will be one full week that I've been on nothing but broths and water. And sugar free popsicles. It sucks. It really, really sucks. And there's two more weeks of this junk. I sooo want at least a protein shake, but that's not in my plan. We will get through this! Like Mom78 said, it's just short term!

 It's weird because I am not hungry but my stomach is not satisfied. Does that make sense? I tried to explain it to my husband earlier. Its like, I don't want to have anything else because I am not dehydrated and I know if I drink anything else I could get sick but my stomach is very upset about that. Weird. 

I completely understand what you mean.  I'm not hungry but my stomach feels like it's digesting even though there is nothing there.

We go through life with a huge disconnect between our stomach and our brain. It takes awhile to get it sorted out properly.
