B: 1 slice bacon, 1 hard cooked egg, 1 Tbs. low fat cream cheese
L: 2 TBS hummus, 1 oz cheese
S: 1 scoop protein powder, 1 c ff milk mixed with ice and Diet Noni Berry Snapple it was deelish
D: 2 1/2 oz smoked salmon, a few capers


Water: almost done!
Vitamins: half done the rest after dinner

Vites: Battling to get them done.... I hate my vitamins!

L: Macadamia crusted flounder filet - 3oz.
S: 2 triangles of pizza quesadilla (pepperoni and cheese on low carb tortilla) and 1 lite pineapple slice.
D: Tuna on 1 slice of tomato
S: Quest bar later tonight

Still working on water, it's still a struggle

Exercise:  First time driving since surgery.  Walked around Walmart with my mom for about an hour.
