Yes, that has happened to me too, and has woken me up 4 times in one night.  But, that only happens when I am not drinking enough water.  As soon as I step it up, the dry mouth is gone.  I'll be curious to know what you found out.

Not enough water could be it I guess.  I am taking lasix for fluid in my legs and I really am not supposed to be drinking tons and tons of water since I retain fluid anyway and am on a fluid pill to get rid of what I do have.

I know everyone says drink drink drink with the VSG so much water and whatnot, and I do try to get at least 64 oz a day, but I don't know that I'm supposed to be drinking that much and the lasix is making me pee out quite a lot of tha****er that I am drinking anyway.  I could be a little dehyrdated maybe, I'm not sure.

I almost posted something about this yesterday.  Never had an issue before using my C-pap.  I use the humidifier all the time AND my C-pap adjusts its setting on its own, so it shouldn't be going too high.  So strange isn't it?

I would say not drinking enough is a huge factor for me (water and thin liquids still make me a bit nausious) and perhaps the low-carb... though I have done low-carb before and not had issues.

I am going to do my best to step up my water intake.  It was my only negative at my 6 week check up... not enough water.  Trying...
