Any one have Hills Physician (Cigna HMO) ?

So I have Hills Physician through Cigna HMO. Does anyone else have them? I am curious to see how your approval process went. I am afraid that if I lose too much weight before surgery they will deny me. I have three months left of weigh-ins. The past 4 1/2 weeks I have already lost almost 17 pounds. If I had to guess, by the time my weigh-ins are done I might be down approx. 40 lbs.

Any comments/suggestions?
