I weigh myself almost everyday to keep myself on track but I only record my weight officially once a month.  I must say that a lot of people can't deal with seeing the daily flux of weight, so if you are one of those types of people, don't hop on the scale too often. Do what is mentally comfortable.

I weigh myself every morning and record it in a notebook.  It helps me track what weeks I don't lose and also keeps me accountable.

 I way myself everyday I allow for a three pound flux but this is how I maintain I am so bad that I even pack a scale when I go on vacation

I weigh every morning. I know that will show weight fluctuations once in a while but I'm fine with it. I gotta keep myself in check.

 I weigh every day. It helps keep me focused. Once I'm at my goal weight, I'll probably switch to once or twice a week.
